To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request that you observe the following house rules:

Our homestay is designed for families, couples, business travelers, and medical travelers.
Bachelor parties, loud gatherings, and events are not permitted.
🚭 Strictly Non-Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the property.
Guests may be charged additional cleaning fees for violations.
🪪 Guest Registration & ID Verification
As required by local authorities, all guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.
Guests are also required to complete the mandatory guest registration form.
🔇 Respect Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evening and nighttime hours.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
🚗 Parking
Complimentary parking is available for one car only, subject to availability and proper parking practices.
🍳 Kitchen Use
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities.
Kindly leave the kitchen and utensils in a reasonably clean condition after use.
💧 Conserve Resources
Please switch off lights, fans, air conditioners, and appliances when not in use.
Help us conserve water and energy whenever possible.
🐾 Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
🔑 Care for the Property
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care and report any accidental damage promptly so that we can assist.
